Really easy to get into the property, I really like the access code system, it takes the worry out of checking in late, there was no trouble that the reception was closed. The gate also worked really well in the morning, to leave early. The bed was comfortable, and it had all the facilities you could need, including a really good vending machine, which can be helpful when you get caught short. The location was great, it was easy to find, with Google Maps, and the parking was good, plenty of room. Ideal for a stop on the road.

The location was perfect for a stop off en route to Calais, the room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was good.

We stayed at B+B, Arras last year and liked it so much that we stayed for two nights this time and did a bit more exploring. The rooms are not particularly big but you only sleep and shower in them so they are fine for us; the bed sheets and towels were clean and the room was quiet overnight. The location is just off the ring road so it's easy to find and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby; the staff were friendly and helpful especially the Manager and there was plenty of food to choose from at breakfast.

From finding the hotel through Google as we were on a motorbike camping trip and were soaked, the booking was a breeze. Very affordable and the room clean. Bed was comfy but an extra pillow would have been the icing on the cake. Shower was perfect. Breakfast, worth every penny so do go for that when booking here. Loads of parking as well.

For us, the location was perfect. Easy to get to from the toll road, plenty of facilities within walking distance. We had a small mechanical issue, so had to extend our stay. The staff arranged this with ease and kept us in the same room so that we didn’t need to move everything. Really helpful Small but tidy room with a nice breakfast. Will definitely stay again.
